Oats are naturally gluten-free however, during farming, transportation and storage, gluten-containing grains like wheat, rye and barley may be unintentionally introduced. Quaker gluten-free oat products are clearly labeled on packages and available in stores under the Quaker Select Starts line. We currently offer three varieties of gluten free oats: Quaker Gluten Free Quick 1-Minute Oats and Quaker Gluten Free Instant Oats in both Original and Maple & Brown Sugar flavor. In addition, Quaker Large Rice Cakes and Popped Rice Crisps are also gluten free. Look for our gluten free labeling on the front of the packaging.
