Naked Juice Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how the Naked Juice Co. of Glendora, Inc. (“Naked Juice”) treats personally identifying information and non-personal information that Naked Juice collects and receives. This Policy applies only to the Naked Juice web sites where it is posted.


When you visit our web site, you may provide personal information such as contact information including your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number.   We use this information to respond to your inquiries and to otherwise communicate with you. To stop receiving promotional emails from us, follow the instructions in any promotional message. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages and respond to questions from you.

When you supply personal information on the Naked Juice web site, we will use it for the purpose for which it was collected, for example to respond to your questions or inquiries. We also use personal information to keep track of a user’s activities on our sites; to improve our marketing and promotional efforts; to statistically analyze web site usage; to improve our web site features, design, and content; to refine our marketing strategies; and/or for any other purpose as you may authorize at the time the data is collected.


You may have heard of “cookies,” which are small files or pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive when you visit a web site. The use of cookies is an industry standard and you will find them at most web sites. Naked Juice uses cookies to collect information about your use of our web sites, such as the particular site areas you visit and the activities in which you participate at our web sites. These cookies do not allow us to collect or receive personal information about you. Most browsers allow you to reject the placement of cookies on your computer, though please note that refusal of cookies at the site you entered may result in an inability to visit certain areas of the web sites or to receive personalized information when you visit the web sites.

When you visit Naked Juice’s web sites we may also collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. The IP address data does not contain personal information about you and is used by Naked Juice and/or the host of our web sites to administer our sites and to determine the numbers of different visitors to the sites.

The non-personally identifiable data collected through the use of cookies and IP addresses is accessible by certain Naked Juice personnel as well as certain third-parties, who are involved in the design and maintenance of our web sites. This information is used to improve our web sites and to make them more helpful and beneficial for our visitors, for example, to evaluate what portions of the web site are more popular than others, to determine from where visitors came to the site, and to determine how many times particular pages of the site were accessed.

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked.  These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

In the course of doing business, we employ other companies to perform a variety of functions on our behalf. For example, at times we may retain third parties to analyze, update and correct data we collect on our web sites, including personal information, to help us improve our products, our database and our web sites.

In addition, we may share personal information with agents, suppliers, fulfillment houses and other third parties to allow delivery of prizes, information, products or services. These suppliers and other third parties may have access to your personal information as needed to perform their functions for Naked Juice. We also may share aggregate, non-personally identifiable information about our users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

We may release your personal information if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order. We may also share this information in response to a request from a government agency or investigatory body. We may share information when we are investigating potential fraud. We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business via an acquisition, merger, sale of assets or otherwise.

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, or as we otherwise disclose to you at the time of the data collection, we will not sell, transfer or share your personally identifiable information.


We take apply appropriate technical, physical and organization safeguards to protect information; to prevent unauthorized access to such information; to maintain data accuracy; and to promote appropriate use of personally identifying information. The Internet, however, is not 100% secure and we cannot promise that your use of our web site will be completely safe.


Naked Juice provides links to third party web sites that it does not control, and which may have their own privacy policies, rules or regulations.  We make no representations or warranties regarding the data policies or practices of these third parties. Naked Juice encourages and recommends that you review the privacy policies posted on these third party web sites at the time you first visit such sites.


Our web site is not intended for children. Naked Juice does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 and we will not knowingly permit any ongoing communication from a child who is under the age of 13. Regardless of where you are located, Naked Juice and the host of its web sites collects information and processes and stores that information in databases located in the United States.  The laws and regulations in different countries impose different (and even conflicting) requirements on the Internet and data protection. We are located in the United States, as are the servers that make this site available worldwide. All matters relating to this site are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If you are located in the European Economic Area and you contact us, please note that any information you provide will be transferred to the United States and by submitting the information you authorize this transfer.


We may work with online advertising companies to show you relevant and useful ads. This includes ads served on other companies’ sites. These ads may be served based on information collected by us or third parties. For example, information a third party collects when you register for a site, like your zip code. This might be used to target an ad for people in your area. These ads may also be based on your activities on our websites or on third party sites.
