I believe my shipment is either defective or damaged, what should I do?

We inspect and test all of our products to ensure they live up to the highest quality standards in the industry. However, should you believe an item to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please email us or call (833) 530-3805 to describe the issue. If sending an email, please include a photo of the damaged product. We will investigate the situation and either replace the product or issue you a coupon code or refund.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery, and for boxes containing multiple products (a box of 15 bars, or a box of 6 mug muffins, for example) no more than 25% of the product may be missing.

Returned product must be received in like new condition. Customer is responsible for any damage or loss of shipments during return transit. Health Warrior does not cover return shipping on any products, some exceptions apply.
