What is your warranty for reusable bottles?

Thank you for choosing Gatorade reusable bottles! We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty policy.
 
Gatorade Reusable Bottle Warranty: 
We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to our reusable bottles up to half a gallon (64 ounces) in volume, purchased directly from Gatorade.com or a 3rd party authorized retailer within the continental USA.
Please note that coverage is excluded for customers residing in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Warranty Claims Process: 
We’re sorry to hear you had an issue with our product and would like to understand more about your experience. To file a claim, please follow these steps:
 
1. Contact our Consumer Experience Team via email here within the warranty period.
2. Our Consumer Experience Team will require the following information:
  • Your name and contact information
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)
  • Description of the issue in detail and relevant supporting documentation or images 
3. Our Consumer Experience Team will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide further instructions. Please note that for certain warranty claims, product recovery or return may be requested for full resolution. Our Consumer Experience Team will provide instructions on how to proceed in such cases.
 
Warranty Resolution: 
Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the issue and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. We reserve the right to inspect the product before making a final decision. If the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:
  1. Provide replacement parts for the reusable bottle, free of charge, to facilitate the repair process. Please note that part colors may vary upon availability.
  2. Replace the reusable bottle with an identical or similar model.
  3. Provide a refund for the original purchase price - only available for Gatorade.com purchases.
For products purchased from an authorized 3rd party retailer, warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement with the provision of replacement parts. We will determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of each case and the availability of products or parts.

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and resolve the warranty claim in a fair and timely manner. We aim to provide resolution within 5-10 business days from first contact.
 
Warranty Exclusions: 
Our warranty policy does not cover the following:
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
  • Dents, scratches, and coating chips resulting from being dropped.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the reusable bottle.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage.
  • Defects caused by improper disassembly of the product.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the reusable bottle.
  • Any damage or defects not directly related to manufacturing or materials.
  • Thrown away or discarded product prior to filing warranty claim.

Limitations of Liability: 
Our warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund options outlined in this policy. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our reusable bottles.

Warranty Transferability: 
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the reusable bottle.

Product Satisfaction: 
Please note that product satisfaction is not covered under this manufacturing warranty. We strive to provide the best possible product experience, but individual preferences may vary.
 
Personalization: 
For resolution regarding errors made by Gatorade with personalized items, such as incorrect customizations, contact our Consumer Experience Team within 2 weeks of the ship date for support. We will work with you to address and rectify any personalized item errors within this timeframe.
 
Legal Rights: 
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
