My Gx bottle was damaged during shipping or use. Can you replace it?

If within 30 days of your purchase, just take a photo of the damage and send us an email with a brief explanation of how the damage occurred. You can also get in touch via chat or phone. Our team is available between 8:30am – 5:00pm ET, Monday through Friday.
