How do I track my order?

Have an account?

If you created an account on Gatorade.com, click on the account icon (person icon at the top right-hand corner), and click on the Orders link. Once you've found your order, you will see a tracking number for your order. You can use the map on the page to track your order or use the tracking number provided.

Guest?

If you opted to check out as a Guest, please check your emails for Status and Tracking information.

Contact us here if:

1. You are having issues with your tracking number  
2. Your tracking number shows no updates for 72+ hours while in transit, after label creation, or after claimed delivery date (packages may arrive after carrier’s claimed delivery date) 
3. Your package was returned to us for any reason
