How will I know when my order has shipped?

We'll send you a Shipping Confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse, which may take a day or two, depending on the shipping option you've chosen. We'll include your UPS tracking number in the email so that you can monitor the progress of your order. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR the Shipping Confirmation email, contact The Customer Care team by phone, email or Chat and we'll follow up for you.
